One-on-one

Executive Communications Consulting is always delivered to a single participant to ensure total confidentiality. Certain highly sensitive Project Consulting cases may require delivery to an individual executive to maintain secrecy. One-on-one solutions are fully customized to suit the specific requirements of the individual involved.

Large groups

Ace offers workshops and seminars, which are aimed at larger audiences. The Consultant is focused on delivering a fixed set of skills or knowledge to every participant at a similar level. Workshops are conducted with a specific group (typically around 15 people). Seminars are one-off speaking engagements for larger groups (up to 50 attendees).

Small groups

Key Competency training is offered to small groups of up to four people. Smaller group size ensures that progress is made at the same pace. It also guarantees that each team member will receive personalized support specific to their needs and skills gaps. Small groups continually receive and implement feedback from Consultants, allowing them to elevate their confidence and cultivate valuable competencies.

No fixed number

If Ace is retained to support a specific project, such as ESG reporting, communicating sensitive financial news or providing specific market intelligence, our Consultants will work with any number of executives, managers and teams involved in delivering the project as may be required.

Senior Leadership

About one quarter of our clients are individual executives from the C-suite, such as CEOs, GMs, Country Heads, Chief Marketing Officers, Heads of Distribution, Chief HR Partners, Heads of Compliance, Chief Investment Officers, etc.

Senior Managers

Another one third of our clients are individual senior managers, who typically require support either with a specific key competency (presentations, speeches, negotiations, intercultural communication etc) or with a completely customized solution

Small Teams

Ace also provides solutions to small groups. These are usually single-function teams working in large organizations (such as Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Investment, Compliance etc). Such groups usually require functional training in a specific key competency and/or ongoing support in day-to-day activities.

English-language proficiency

All training and consulting work provided by Ace is delivered in the English language only

Ace is not a language school, however we do deliver training on how to communicate professionally in the English language. Participants will need to have an intermediate-level understanding of English to get the most out of our services. Our solutions will elevate your leaders, managers and functional teams using the global language of business. We are also happy to recommend excellent English-language training providers if your organization has a need for elementary language training.
