Initial discussion
We will arrange for a free 30-minute virtual meeting with one of our Consultants to assess the potential areas where Ace might add value for you or for your firm
Identify needs
If you decide to proceed further with Ace, we will arrange to meet with and gather input from all relevant stakeholders, such as HR personnel, managers and the intended recipients of our services
Propose solutions
At this stage, Ace will draft a Services Agreement and a tailor-made Proposal to meet your needs. These documents include all the standard Terms and Conditions of our services as well as a detailed description of our proposed solutions
Engage & monitor
Once contracts are agreed and executed, we will commence delivery of services. Throughout the period of the contract, Ace will continually seek feedback and make adjustments to the services, if appropriate
Measure progress
If required, Ace can provide reporting at the end of our contracted period. Alternatively, many clients prefer to retain Ace’s services on an ongoing open-ended basis. This renewal process is very simple and transparent
